Kent High Weald Project
The Kent High Weald Project was established in 1991, and is funded by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, Kent County Council and the Countryside Agency. We aim to conserve and enhance our natural heritage, providing opportunities for people to become actively involved in practical conservation.

We run a range of guided walks and cycle rides throughout the spring and summer; which look at flora and fauna and local history. We also organise a range of larger community events taking in local, cultural and historic interests.

We also offer environmental education to children of all ages, encouraging them to care for their local environment. We also provide conservation advice and access to local and national conservation grant schemes
