Welcome to the Hove & Adur Sea Cadet Development Site (T.S. King Alfred) which provides information about the Units 5 year Management & Development plan along with fundraising activities. We are founder members of the Fundraising Standards Board for UK Charities.

5 Year Plan
|
|
|
The Unit 5 year plan has been developed in order to ensure a common goal and understanding for all interested parties involved with the running, support and general interests of Hove & Adur Sea Cadet Unit.
The plan is not set in stone and is designed to be flexible to meet changing requirements and priorities. However, it will be used as a guide for progress in helping the Unit to achieve its aims by the year 2011.
The 5 Year plan will be an agenda item for each UMC meeting and the AGM to ensure it is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
Through planning and problem resolution, the Unit hopes to improve on 12 major identified tasks and will measure progress against the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Towards the end of each year, priorities will be reviewed and any closed tasks will be replaced with new tasks thus ensuring the plan remains fresh and fit for purpose.
